explanation of lyrics

these lyrics to the song "The Unforgiven", by Metallica.  You cannot get more plain with the meaning.  The situation of new life on earth being dominated and broken in to the system of obeying satan and his demons without objection.  He can no longer think for himself, and is deprived of his will.  I believe its satan he dubs unforgiven:
